RULES <\/span>“HYDRA LEGENDARY SWIM <\/span>2026\u2033 Sunday, September 13, 2026<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cHYDRA Legendary Swim 2026\u201d is a non-competitive sporting event, held on <\/span>13.09.2026<\/b><\/span>, in which the participants' race times will be detected via chip so as to be able to draw up a final ranking and reward the first in each category.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event is open to those aged <\/span>16 and older<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The accreditation will be carried out at the competition field, located on <\/span>the beach of Crone di Idro (BS).<\/b><\/span> (BS).<\/span>
<\/span>The athletes will then be transported by the \"Idra\" boat directly to the start, located on the beach of Ponte Caffaro, north of the lake. Here a short pre-race briefing by the organizers will take place.<\/span>
<\/span>You are allowed to bring only the bare essentials on the boat. Personal effects can be placed inside the bag bearing your buoy number provided during accreditation. Before departure it must be delivered to the staff and will then be sent to the competition field on Crone beach upon the arrival of the athletes.<\/span>
<\/span>The organizers decline any responsibility regarding theft or loss of any content inside the bags.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refreshment point:<\/span>
<\/span><\/b>An optional refreshment point will be set up on Anfo beach, approximately 6 km from the start. The exact location will be indicated by staff.<\/span><\/p>\n

Timing:<\/span>
<\/span><\/b>The timing of the race is entirely managed by the company EvoData Srl<\/span>, which will publish the results on the ENDU website.<\/span>
<\/span>Inside the race pack the athletes will find a <\/span>chip che dovr\u00e0 essere tenuto<\/span> for the <\/span>Inside the race pack the athletes will find a chip which must be kept for the entire duration of the race<\/span><\/b>otherwise there will be exclusion from the ranking. Those who lose buoys and\/or chips are required to recover them. The support boats will be responsible for helping the competitors in their recovery. Anyone arriving at the finish line without a safety buoy or chip will be considered outside the event. <\/span>
<\/span>At the end of the race, athletes must hand over their chips to the staff. Failure to do so will result in a \u20ac20 fine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Medical Certification:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span>Participation is permitted if in compliance with the <\/span>MEDICAL-COMPETITIVE certification <\/b>with specific SWIMMING<\/b> or TRIATHLON <\/b>or with the certification FOR HIGH CARDIO-VASCULAR ACTIVITIES<\/b> downloadable at the following link<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

For foreign athletes<\/b> the competent doctor must complete the form at the following link<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

For minor athletes, <\/span>consent is required<\/span><\/span> by placing the parents' signatures <\/span>on our form.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>The Organization reserves the right to modify or suspend the event in the event of bad weather conditions or for reasons which, in its sole discretion, cannot guarantee safety conditions. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, beyond the control of the organisation, <\/span>the registration fee will not be refunded<\/u><\/span> and the race package will remain the property of the competitor.<\/span><\/p>\n

-<\/b><\/span>The registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Maximum race time: 4 hours.<\/b><\/span>
<\/span>After this term, the athletes still in the water will be recovered by the organization's vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>The management reserves the right to close registrations when the maximum number of athletes is reached, with the possibility of modification at the discretion of the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

All participants must present themselves for accreditation with an identity document.<\/span><\/p>\n

The organization reserves the right to evaluate requests for participation by athletes under the age of 16.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants may be forced to abandon the event at any time at the sole discretion of the organizers or doctors. Participants will be required to follow any additional safety measures prepared by the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

The race kit will be given to all participants in memory of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

The organization, at its sole discretion, will decide whether or not wetsuits are mandatory based on water temperatures, whether they are below 18 degrees Celsius or above 24 degrees Celsius. Within this range, the use of neoprene wetsuits is permitted at the athlete's discretion. <\/span><\/p>\n

The route will be marked by large buoys.<\/span><\/p>\n

NB: Registration for the competition implies having read and accepted these regulations in full.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

DISCLAIMER AND PRIVACY <\/span>The athlete declares under his own responsibility, to be in good health, to be a skilled swimmer and to be physically fit to participate in the swimming event called Il Miglio Idroswim. By registering for the race, the athlete guarantees that all information and data provided in the registration form are true and that the medical certificate delivered (in electronic and \/ or paper format) is authentic and compliant with the regulation. It also guarantees that it has read, understood and accepted the regulation in all its parts. Following acceptance of the following regulation, the athlete relieves the organizers of the event from any civil and criminal liability for any material, physical, moral, direct or indirect damage that may arise from any accidents before, during and after the event. It also relieves the organizers of any liability related to theft and \/ or damage to personal items. He also declares that he undertakes to behave in accordance with the principles of fairness and sports loyalty before, during and after the event. It also undertakes to avoid any behavior that could endanger one's own or others' safety. Following the acceptance of the following regulation, the athlete undertakes to comply with every provision that will be provided to him by the staff in charge on and off the water, even in the event of a request for abandonment. It acknowledges that, in case of renouncement to the event, the registration fee will not be refunded and that the organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants and \/ or to exclude one or more participants from the event. The organization reserves the right to suspend and \/ or modify the times and rules of the event at its sole discretion, also in order to guarantee safety. In case of non-performance, the amount paid as registration fee will not be returned. By accepting this document, the athlete also authorizes the use of personal data, pursuant to art. 13 and 23 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 and subsequent amendments. It also authorizes the use for advertising and \/ or promotional purposes of my and \/ or my son \/ daughter's filmed and photographic images, created during the event, renouncing as of now any claim, even of an economic nature, in this regard . The authorization is also extended to the publication of your name (and some information provided during registration) on the documents available on the site regarding all the lists, for example \"registered\" or \"Rankings\". For underage swimmers: In the previous declaration, in the case of an underage swimmer, \"athlete\" is to be understood as \"the swimmer and his \/ her parents or owners of parental authority\". By registering for the race, the parent (or operator of parental authority) of the minor assumes full responsibility for the participation in the event of his \/ her child.
