RACE RULES \"IL MIGLIO IDROSWIM 10<\/strong>“
Sunday 19 july 2026<\/strong><\/p>

The Miglio Idroswim 2026 is a non-competitive sporting event in which participants' swim times will be recorded using chips to draw up a final ranking and award prizes to the top finishers in each category.<\/span><\/p>

The event will take place over 3 distances:
<\/span>\u201c<\/i>SP<\/b><\/i>RINT\u201d (926m)<\/b><\/i>, open to those aged <\/i>10 and older<\/b><\/i>;
<\/i>\u201c<\/i>CLASSIC\u201d (1852m)<\/b><\/i>, open to those aged <\/i>12 and older;<\/b><\/i>.
<\/i>\u201c<\/i>DOUBLE\u201d (3704m)<\/b><\/i>, open to those aged <\/i>14 and older<\/b><\/i>.<\/i><\/p>

Timing:<\/b>
<\/span>The timing of the race is entirely managed by the company EvoData Srl, which will publish the results on the ENDU website.
Inside the race pack, the athletes will find a chip to apply to the ankle. <\/span>Applying this chip is mandatory<\/b><\/span>, under penalty of exclusion from the ranking. <\/span>Those who lose buoy and\/or chips are required to recover them, it will be the support boats to help the competitors in the recovery. Those who arrive at the finish without a safety mark or without a chip will be considered extraneous to the event.
<\/span>At the end of the race, athletes must hand over the chip to the staff, otherwise they will have to pay a penalty of \u20ac20.<\/span><\/p>

Medical Certification<\/span><\/b>:
<\/span>SPRINT and CLASSIC<\/u>: For adults, given the non-competitive nature of the event, will be considered valid the medical certificate with the words \"<\/span>non-competitive sporting activity<\/b><\/span>\" corresponding, in form and content, to the model provided for in the ministerial regulations in force, which can be downloaded at the following link<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

The participation of minors (under 18 years of age) is permitted if they comply with the <\/span>M<\/b><\/span> EDICAL-COMPETITIVE certification\u00a0<\/b><\/span>with specific\u00a0<\/span>SWIMMING or TRIATHLON<\/span>or with the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>certification FOR HIGH CARDIO-VASCULAR ACTIVITIES\u00a0<\/span>downloadable at the following link<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

DOUBLE<\/u>:\u00a0<\/span>The participation of any athlete is permitted if in compliance with the M<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>EDICAL-COMPETITIVE certification <\/b><\/span>with specific <\/span>SWIMMING or TRIATHLON<\/b>or with the <\/span><\/span>certification FOR HIGH CARDIO-VASCULAR ACTIVITIES <\/b>downloadable at the following link<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

For minor athletes, <\/span>consent is required<\/b><\/span> by placing the parents' signatures\u00a0<\/span>on our form.<\/span><\/p>

For <\/span>foreign athletes<\/b><\/span> the doctor must complete the form at the following link<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

The Organization reserves the right to suspend the event in the event of bad weather conditions or for reasons which, in its sole discretion, cannot guarantee safety conditions. If the event is canceled due to causes of force majeure, not dependent on the organization, the registration fee will not be refunded<\/u> and the race pack will remain the property of the competitor.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>Under no circumstances will the registration fee be refunded.<\/span><\/span>

\"SPRINT\" maximum race travel time: 40 minutes.
<\/b><\/span><\/span>\"CLASSIC\" maximum race travel time: 60 minutes.<\/b>
\"DOUBLE\" maximum race travel time: 110 minutes.
<\/b><\/span><\/span>After this deadline, the athletes still in the water will be recovered by the organization's vehicles<\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>The management reserves the right to close registrations once the maximum number is reached<\/span>, with the possibility of modification at the discretion of the organization.<\/span><\/p>

All participants must present themselves for accreditation with an identity document.<\/span><\/p>

The organization reserves the right to evaluate requests to participate in the \u201cCLASSIC\u201d and \u201cDOUBLE\u201d distances\u00a0<\/span>even for athletes of younger ages than those previously indicated.<\/span><\/p>

The organization, at its discretion, will decide whether or not to use\u00a0<\/span>a wetsuit based on the water temperature conditions, if lower than 18\u00a0<\/span>degrees or higher than 24 degrees. Within this range the use of neoprene wetsuits is\u00a0<\/span>permitted at the athlete's discretion.<\/span><\/p>

Each participant is required to use the chip, buoy, and swimming cap provided in the race pack by the organization.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Participants are permitted to use accessories such as swimming goggles, nose clips, and earplugs. However, the use of fins, paddles, pull-bouys, snorkels, or any other technical equipment that, at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee, could constitute an advantage or a hazard during the race is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>

The route will be marked by large buoys.<\/span><\/p>

NB: Registration for the competition implies having read and accepted these regulations in full.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\"3 LAKES CUP 2026\" CIRCUIT<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>

The organizers of Giro Isola di Loreto (June 13), Peschiera Nuota (July 4), and Il Miglio IdroSwim (July 19) have established the \"3 Lakes Cup\" circuit, supported by ACSI Brescia and governed as follows:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Demonstration and Distance:<\/u>
Only the official distances count towards the circuit classification: 1.8 km (Iseo), 2 km (Garda), and 1 mile \"Classic\" (Idro).<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Registration and Fees (on ENDU):<\/u>
From March 1, 2026 to June 10, 2026, it is possible to register for the complete package of the 3 races under the following conditions:
<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0o By April 30, 2026: \u20ac108.00.
<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0o By June 10, 2026: \u20ac120.00.
<\/span>\u00a0 Note: Those who register for the three races separately (according to the rates and time schedules of the individual events) will still automatically be included in the circuit rankings.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Overall Classification:
<\/u><\/span>Based on the combined times of the three races. Only athletes who correctly complete all the official distances indicated above will be included in the rankings.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Awards:<\/u>\u00a0
<\/span>The top five men and top five women in the overall general rankings will receive awards. DISCLAIMER AND PRIVACY
<\/b><\/span><\/u><\/i>The athlete declares under his own responsibility, to be in good health, to be a skilled swimmer and to be physically fit to participate in the swimming event called Il Miglio Idroswim.
<\/span>By registering for the race, the athlete guarantees that all information and data provided in the registration form are true and that the medical certificate delivered (in electronic and \/ or paper format) is authentic and compliant with the regulation. It also guarantees that it has read, understood and accepted the regulation in all its parts.
<\/span>Following acceptance of the following regulation, the athlete relieves the organizers of the event from any civil and criminal liability for any material, physical, moral, direct or indirect damage that may arise from any accidents before, during and after the event. It also relieves the organizers of any liability related to theft and \/ or damage to personal items. He also declares that he undertakes to behave in accordance with the principles of fairness and sports loyalty before, during and after the event. It also undertakes to avoid any behavior that could endanger one's own or others' safety.
<\/span>Following the acceptance of the following regulation, the athlete undertakes to comply with every provision that will be provided to him by the staff in charge on and off the water, even in the event of a request for abandonment. It acknowledges that, in case of renouncement to the event, the registration fee will not be refunded and that the organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants and \/ or to exclude one or more participants from the event. The organization reserves the right to suspend and \/ or modify the times and rules of the event at its sole discretion, also in order to guarantee safety. In case of non-performance, the amount paid as registration fee will not be returned. By accepting this document, the athlete also authorizes the use of personal data, pursuant to art. 13 and 23 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 and subsequent amendments. It also authorizes the use for advertising and \/ or promotional purposes of my and \/ or my son \/ daughter's filmed and photographic images, created during the event, renouncing as of now any claim, even of an economic nature, in this regard . The authorization is also extended to the publication of your name (and some information provided during registration) on the documents available on the site regarding all the lists, for example \"registered\" or \"Rankings\".
<\/span>For underage swimmers: In the previous declaration, in the case of an underage swimmer, \"athlete\" is to be understood as \"the swimmer and his \/ her parents or owners of parental authority\". By registering for the race, the parent (or operator of parental authority) of the minor assumes full responsibility for the participation in the event of his \/ her child. By registering for the race, the parent (or parental authority operator) assumes full responsibility that at least one parent (or parental authority operator) remains in the departure \/ arrival area, until the minor is engaged in the event.<\/span>
